Can’t fix stupid

According to a Blaze report, a professor at Middlebury College in Connecticut would appear to be more adept at chemistry than making positive contributions to the human race.

The following question appeared on a Middlebury chem exam:

Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN) is a poisonous gas, which Nazi Germany used to horrific ends in the gas chambers during The Holocaust. The lethal dose for humans is approximately 300 mg of HCN gas per kilogram of air when inhaled….Calculate the g of HCN that would give a lethal dose in the above room (5 points).

Wow. We tried to count all the things wrong about this, but could only come up with six million.

With all due respect, professor, taking your forced leave of absence from teaching seems a small price to pay for taking unforced leave of your senses. While you are away — hopefully without pay — may we suggest that you read up on your chemistry? Brain chemistry, to be more specific.
